Mandatory:

* Minimum 4-8 years progressive combination of experience in project
leadership and management, business analysis with focus on process re-
engineering;
* Strong team player;
* Excellent facilitation, organizational and communication skills;
* Ability to develop professional presentations;
* Experience with business case and financial analysis;
* Experience defining business requirements;
* Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
* Knowledge of current information technology industry trends;
* Superior diplomacy, judgement and tact;
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
* Proficiency with PC products (office tools including Visio and MS
Project);
* Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and
experience.


Responsibilities:

* Responsible for strategic, tactical and operational information
systems planning activities for client areas;
* Conducting projects to define strategic plans, outline major client
requests, and lead business-process reengineering projects;
* Creating tactical information systems plans; creating and
maintaining process maps and documentation;
* Recommending projects for inclusion in budget;
* Establishing and supporting measurement and evaluation processes;
* Acting as an agent of change in the initiation and facilitation of
strategic change to the business and its supporting information
systems.
